What to put in the dates space on CV were i become a mother?
I have just over 2years of a gap on my CV were i decide to put my first child pregnancy first (quite my last job which i was only in for 3months) and i have not worked since and he 2years old this month.
Can someone that knows there stuff when it come to CVs help me find the right wording to put on my CV please
Answer:I would put in the year marks and put in Stay at Home Mom and you can even put in bullet points to clarify what you did (did you set up play dates, organize dinners/get together, volunteer at church/other organization during this time, etc). Employers understand that some people take off to help rear their children, but they want to see that you were being productive no matter what the situation. Also, during your cover letter I would elaborate on why you are planning on going into employment since they don't want to hire someone that might leave 3 months later…
