He said I can email my CV or written application, I will send my CV, what what do I write in the email?

Answer:Dear Sir/Madam

Further to our earlier conversation, I would like to apply for the position of [insert position title/reference here]. I enclose a copy of my CV for your perusal.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,

Answer:You explain why you are the right person for the job. Elaborate on your former work experience and explain why it makes you qualified for this job.

Look at the job posting and tell them which of the things they are looking for you have, and tell them a story where it becomes obvious that you do. (for example: In my postion as a store supervisor at XY, I had to communicate rules and regulations to a staff of 20, which made me privvy to the challenges of business communication).

It's also a place where you can let your enthusiasm for the job on hand shine through.
