If I bought an item from Argos with a insurance, if it breaks do I still need the box?
I bought a microphone from Argos a few months and go and it's now broken, I have the receipt and the money insurance receipt. Is it possible to get swap or a replacement without the box?
Answer:Just so long as you have the item, reciept and insurance certificate you should be fine, obviously they would rather keep you as a happy customer than piss you off.
Answer:You wouldnt need the box. You will just need your receipt and proof of insurance.
