I have just tried to cancel my policy with Endsleigh as I am no longer living in student accommodation. However, I was very disappointed to be told that the policy cannot be cancelled early and must therefore run for the full year (September – September). I am pretty broke at the moment and was banking on getting some cash back. My question is does this practice sound normal/legal?
